Today I'm feeling pretty rough. I'm sure it's a culmination of doing too much yesterday, not eating enough for dinner (because I feel sick to my stomach today), and not sleeping well (my shoulders and thighs are killing me from sleeping only on my sides). LOL, I'm a mess aren't I? Sorry, again, just being "real" about the pregnancy symptoms. I could ignore these problems or not talk about them because people don't like to hear too much about other people's ailments but if I had this blog to read either before we had gotten pregnant or even now I would feel a connection to others that are experiencing the same things. I'm a person that would rather know what may be expected than just be in the dark. I had to laugh at myself this morning. Picturing myself in the middle of the night cracks me up. I have to go to the bathroom at least four times a night and instead of just sitting up and getting out of bed I now have to roll out of the bed. Seriously?! I'm sure that I will have this "roll" perfected by the time October rolls around. :) TUESDAY Breakfast - Jenny Craig Sunshine Sandwich 1 cup fat-free organic milk Nectarine Lunch - 1 cup Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle Soup Carrots Fat-free yogurt Snack - 1 cup no sugar added applesauce with cinnamon Dinner - Crab Lasagna (296 calories, 9g fat) from the Taste of Home Cookbook Zucchini with 1 tbsp. margarine Snack - 100 calorie pack
