Today I thought I would share with you a little treat I like for my snack before bed. I buy the 100 calorie pack Hostess Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cakes and heat them up in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Then I put a little Spray Butter on them. Mmmmmmm. They're delicious! Try to get creative with your meals without adding too many additional calories or fat so that you do not get bored with your diet too quickly. I'm always looking for new healthy food options that are quick and easy for when I'm working. Some of you wanted me to do more recipes so be looking for those in the weeks to come. While I do not do many laborious recipes during the week I do enjoy making them on Sunday's (especially in the winter). I have about four new recipes on my grocery list for next week. I will share those with you as I test them out. Hope you all had a great weekend!

1/3 cup Buckwheat Pancakes
1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
Banana
1 cup fat-free milk
Lunch -
Small baked potato with spray butter, cooked broccoli, and a light sprinkling of fat-free cheese
6 oz. fat-free yogurt
sugar-free jello
Snack -
Apple
Dinner -
Macaroni Grill Chicken Marsala Linguine (1 cup, 330 cal, 4g fat, 390mg sodium)
Salad (romaine, carrots, croutons, sprinkling of cheese, tomatoes, cucumber)
2 tbsp. light cucumber and yogurt dressing (3.5g fat, 50 cal)
Snack -
90 cal Healthy Choice Fudge Bar
