This is not to toot my own horn but it's exciting so I want to share with you. If you live in St. George, Utah you may see me on a billboard for Jenny Craig! I am also on a poster in all the centre's in the U.S. and Canada! How cool is that?! I never dreamt that anything as cool as that would happen AND get to enjoy the effects of a huge weight loss as well!
You know the friend I told you about who had already lost about 25 pounds working out and eating the same foods as me? She now weighs the same as me AND she's still losing! I would imagine she loses a few more pounds since her body shows no signs of stopping. Isn't that terrific?! It definitely takes dedication and will power but she is now extremely health conscious but does occasionally enjoy things such as donuts and pizza! I'm so proud of her and I hope that my diet is able to help a few more people out there...

100 multi-grain English Muffin
Banana
1 cup fat-free milk
Lunch -
Jenny Craig Broccoli and Cheddar Potato
carrots with fat-free ranch
sugar-free jello
fat-free yogurt
Snack -
2 clementine's
Dinner -
1/2 fat-free refried beans with a flat bread tortilla (2.5g fat, 90 calories)
Salad (mixed greens, croutons, mushrooms)
2 tbsp. light ranch
Snack -
1 cup sugar free hot chocolate
Skinny Cow Vanilla Sandwich
