I don't know if you remember me mentioning in previous posts that I have had a lot of underbelly pain?. It hurts the worst after wearing a dress all day, working out, or intercourse. But, in the past few weeks sometimes it just hurts to hurt with no real pattern. I have recently tried wearing the belly band while I'm working out on top of wearing some shorts that have a tight elastic band for support. This has really helped. In the books I've been reading it says that this pain is normal as well as pelvic pain and will continue to get increasingly worse in these last few months.
