I know you may be wondering why a Chiropractor is commenting on a foot problem, but the entire reason I became a Chiropractor was because of this very problem.
Here are 4 easy steps to try and stop this painful syndrome all by yourself,
1. Wear shoes whenever you feet touch the floor. Yes, even if you get up at 2am to go to the bathroom
2. Stretch 3x a day. Stretch your calf muscle : first with your knee locked straight, then with it bent.
3. Use a golf ball or a can/bottle to roll out the scar tissue in the bottom of your foot 1x a day for about 5 -7 min.
4. After the massage, ice your heel for 10 min.
If this does not show results fate 1 week, see your Chiropractor.
