A broken or fractured front tooth can be a common problem especially in previous treated root canal teeth. This can create a stressful embarrassing situation for the patient. With the new dental implant designs and techniques of installing them, this embarrassing problem can be solved. The procedure is call immediate extraction implant placement. The following is a brief description of the treatment. The root involved is remove or extracted and the root "socket" is prepared to receive the dental implant. After the dental implant is placed, a post is attached to the implant and a temporary crown or "cap" is cemented on the dental implant post. The patient now has an immediate solution to the problem. After 3 or 4 months of bone and gum healing a permanent restoration is fabricated.
