Damage from the progressive dinner? .8 pounds. Not too bad considering I was so hungry and didn't have a lot of options. I'll just add in an extra work out this week - no problem!
What's a good low-fat margarine to buy? Brummel and Brown Yogurt Margarine is delicious and it's only 5g of fat/45 calories.
What peanut butter do I purchase? I should be eating the natural peanut butter because it's lower in sugar but I just can't convince myself that I like it; plus I have had trouble finding a natural peanut butter low in calories in fat. I just use low-fat Jif. BUT, my friend sent me a link for a peanut butter to try that's low in fat, calories, and sugar...http://www.betternpeanutbutter.com/index.php. Now I'm not sure how it tastes but it's worth checking out. It's not in my Kroger grocery store - it sounds like Biggs, Trader Joes, and Fresh Marekt carry it. I'm curious to try it.
