I hope you all had a wonderful New Year's celebration and 2010 brings you lots of health and happiness!  


Breakfast - 

1/4 cup Break-free eggs with 1 Morning Star Sausage and 100 calorie English Muffin

Lunch - 

1 cup low-fat marinara sauce and whole wheat pasta

Raw veggies with fat-free ranch

fat-free yogurt

sugar-free jello mousse

 Snack - 

 1 cup grapes

                               Dinner - 

                                   Earth's Best Whole Grain Cheese Pizza (190 cal, 6g fat) 

                               Snack - 

                                100 calorie pack
