1/4/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Monday

Have you tried Julianne Hough's Dancing with the Stars Cardio Dance DVD yet?  Today I tried it for the first time and I LOVED it.  It's only about 40 minutes long.  It has your typical warm up and cool down but she teaches you how to do the jive, peso, and some other kind of fast paced ballroom dance.  Let me tell you, it kicked my little behind!  I was a sweaty mess by the time I was finished.  The good news is, it worked me out, but it didn't go on forever.  It was fun and not too difficult to learn.  I'm always looking for fun DVD work out videos that are under about 45 minutes.  I just don't have the time for more than that while I'm working.  So I'm hoping that by the time Julianne is finished with me I look like all those other dancers that are whipped into shape by the end of the season! Wink
