Today my workout was being outside planting flowers and working in the garden.  I love being outside.  Spring makes me so excited and happy.  My husband and I spent the day planting and - it always makes me feel good after a day of working hard.  Working in a garden doesn't seem like exercise but all the hauling, digging, maneuvering, and packing of dirt leads to a good day of burning calories.  Mowing the grass is another great way to get rid of some unnecessary calories.  I think by about next week our yard will be in need of it's first cut!  Enjoy the warm weather and take advantage of it!


Breakfast -  

1 serving of Fiber One pancakes with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Lunch - 

Jenny Craig Personal Pizza


Fat-free yogurt

Snack -

2 clementine's

Dinner - 


1/2 plate of spaghetti with light marinara

Salad (iceberg, croutons, cucumbers, tomatoes) light ranch

Snack - 

100 calorie pack
