Today is another riding lesson - which I'm loving!  The core muscle workout is terrific and it's an hour and a half just for me to relax and enjoy myself.  This week make it a goal to do something special just for you.  I'm still feeling pretty miserable so I'm going to keep my exercise limited but I have chosen another week of a "planned" restricted 1200 calorie meal plan so I can hopefully get to my goal weight on the JC scale in another week or two.  I'm going to take my son on a hayride and pick out pumpkins at a farm tomorrow so life is good.  Have a great weekend!

Breakfast -

  2 Nutri-grain Waffles

1/4 cup sugar-free syrup

1/2 cup of milk



Lunch -

 1 veggie dog on a whole wheat bun with a little ketchup and mustard

        Cherry tomatoes

       6 oz. yogurt


Snack -



Dinner -


2 oz. of grilled trout, 1/2 baked potato with salsa 

                                        Salad (tomatoes, mushrooms, mixed greens, and croutons)

2 tbsp. light ranch (I brought my own)

Snack -

100 cal pack
