As some of you may know I'm always on the hunt for new, quick and easy healthy, low-fat foods.  I think for many of us we start cycling through the same several foods each week.  After awhile, even though you love those certain foods it starts to become boring and it also can bring on a plateau if you're still trying to achieve your weight loss goal.  Much of the fodder for my blogs comes right out of the teacher's lounge during lunch.  Yesterday there was a delicious aroma sifting out of the lounge just as I walked into the room.  I spied a Lean Cuisine box sitting on the table and realized I've never seen that picture before.  One of my "weaknesses" has always been dipping kinds of foods (ie. nachos and cheese, rolls in ranch dressing, breadsticks and marinara).  To my delight Lean Cuisine has come out with a whole line of dipping foods!  I checked out the nutritional facts and I definitely approve!  The choices are Garden Vegetable Dip (5g of fat, 190 cal), Broccoli Cheddar Dip (6g of fat, 200 cal), or Spinach Artichoke Dip (6g of fat, 200 cal).  They are all under 440g of sodium and come with pita bread.  Just make sure you only pack one serving (there are two in the box).  I have yet to try them but my friend at school said the Garden Veggie Dip was delicious!  Enjoy!
