9/29/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Thursday

I went in a day earlier to weigh in at JC this week to try a new consultant.  Last week I actually got to know the consultant that I've had the past few weeks and wasn't my favorite.  I think she is just more reserved and doesn't like that I am so focused on a number - which is fine.  I liked her better after last week.  But, I did want to just "shop" around and try someone new so I went on Wednesday.  I was worried weighing in a day earlier would not give me much of a weight loss but I'm down a pound - probably thanks to doing a "planned" JC week of food and getting away from eating all my favorites all the time (lol especially those Triple Chocolate Cheesecakes!).  The new consultant and I had today was GREAT.  She was just my speed.  I may start seeing her on a weekly basis.  Remember, having a support person and/or group is the key to success. I'm almost to my goal weight!!!!!

Breakfast -

1/4 cup Break-free egg, 100 cal English Muffin

1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage


1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack - 

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch - 

Veggie dog with whole wheat bun


Snack - 


Dinner - 

1 cup whole wheat pasta, 1/2 cup Healthy Choice Marinara, 1/4 cup mozzarella

Broccoli with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 cal pack
