Tomorrow we have conferences and that means a delicious staff dinner. Again, I'm too close to eat off of the JC program. I wonder if I weighed in today if I'd be at my goal weight on the JC scale?. I'm nervous about going on my own because I still seem so sensitive to sodium and EVERYTHING has sodium in it. Most of the low-calorie, low-fat things I ate on maintenance in the past may not work this time around. I realized something that I was probably doing incorrectly the last time; when I combined two foods together (such as whole grain pasta and even a low-fat marinara) the sodium was well past 700 mg (which is around where I want to be for a meal). I will have to talk to my consultant about how I go about this. I'm obviously not going to have time to make everything from scratch, which ensures little to no sodium. I'm a working mom and meals that even I create most likely involve a can or two of something which always means a lot of sodium. I'm very nervous about going on my own this time because my body is so different. What if I just gain back all the weight I worked so hard to take off? I guess we will see what happens...
